The morning agent
Every day at 7 AM an agent assembles the full performance report: spend, cost per qualified lead, booked calls, show rates, closes. It replaced the first 90 minutes of my day, every day.
Decision scripts
Kill and scale calls run through Python scripts with hard rules about data maturity. Killing a winner on day two becomes impossible, so does scaling a fluke on day three.
The data lake
Joins every ad platform, the CRM, and individual sales call outcomes. It found hundreds of duplicate records inflating the KPIs everyone trusted. All in the flattering direction.
The copy toolkit
Drafts come from a prompt system tied to a brand knowledge base: winning ads, real customer language from sales calls, and the angles that already failed. Blank page to draft in minutes.
AI deleted the work between decisions. The decisions got harder to hide from.
The agents report, they don't have taste. Reading results honestly, killing a favorite ad, knowing which problem matters: faster answers just made judgment the bottleneck. That's the job now.

Match Group · Apps & websitesLegacy targeting was underdelivering as subscription CPAs rose industry wide. Built a two part app event that fires when a woman creates a profile, letting the algorithm learn the exact funnel that mattered.

Match Group · SearchBrand search was stuck at low spend with stagnant ROI. Restructured the account to unlock scale and efficiency at the same time instead of trading one for the other.
Plenty of Fish acquisition
Match Group brand · 2019 to 2023My home brand inside Match Group for nearly four years. Owned paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads, migrated measurement from the AppsFlyer MMP to Firebase to unlock target ROAS bidding on Google Ads, and earned a double promotion along the way.
Ads infrastructure from zero
Newton Crypto · FintechNo MMP, no server side events, no unified reporting on day one. Two months later every advertiser ran on clean, deduplicated data, and the quarter that followed was the best in company history.
AI operated growth
Yieldschool · Online educationRebuilt tracking end to end, then layered the agent stack on top: automated reporting, kill and scale scripts, VSL watch time optimization, and a data lake all sourcing one clean signal.
